MyBix.App Booking Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. About These Booking Terms

Please read these Booking Terms & Conditions carefully before using a MyBix.app online booking service. These terms apply when you use a booking page, booking link, booking widget or other customer-facing booking interface provided through MyBix.app to book a service with a business using MyBix.app.

If you do not agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions, you should not use the MyBix.app booking service.

In these terms, “you” and “customer” mean the person making or managing a booking. “MyBix”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean It’s All Savvy Ltd, a company incorporated in Ireland under company number 691859, with registered office at The Mill Enterprise Hub, Newtown Link Road, Greenhills, Drogheda, Louth, Ireland, A92 CD3D.

“Business” means the independent business, professional or service provider offering the service you are booking. A business using MyBix.app is referred to in these terms as a “MyBix Business User”.

“MyBix Booking Service” means the online booking technology provided by MyBix.app, including booking pages, booking links, widgets and other interfaces made available by a MyBix Business User.

2. What is MyBix.app?

MyBix.app provides software that allows businesses to manage their services, appointments and bookings and to make those services available for customers to book online.

MyBix provides the technology used to facilitate the booking. MyBix does not generally provide the underlying service that you are booking.

The business whose service you are booking is responsible for the actual service, including its availability, description, price, quality, delivery, cancellation arrangements, refunds, customer service and any other terms that apply to the service.

3. The Relationship Between You, MyBix and the Business

When you make a booking through a MyBix booking service, the booking is made with the relevant Business for the service you have selected.

MyBix is providing the booking technology used to facilitate the booking. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MyBix is not the provider of the underlying service and is not responsible for delivering that service.

The Business may have its own terms and conditions, cancellation policy, privacy information and other requirements. You should read these before completing your booking.

If you have a question, complaint or dispute about the actual service, you should normally contact the Business directly in the first instance.

4. Making a Booking

To make a booking, you may be asked to select a service, date, time, location or other appointment details and provide information such as your name, contact details and any other information reasonably required by the Business.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Certain services may require you to complete forms, provide additional information, accept specific terms or make a payment or deposit before a booking can be confirmed.

Availability shown through the MyBix Booking Service is provided by the Business and may change. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation or other confirmation from the booking service.

5. Booking Confirmation

Once a booking has been successfully made, a booking confirmation may be sent to the contact details you provide, including by email or SMS where those services are enabled.

You should check your confirmation carefully and contact the Business as soon as possible if any booking detail is incorrect.

MyBix is not responsible for errors in information supplied by the Business or by you, or for a failure to receive a confirmation caused by incorrect contact details, communication failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Business remains responsible for ensuring that its services, availability, prices, appointment details and other information displayed through MyBix are accurate and up to date.

6. Prices and Payments

The price of a service will be displayed at the time of booking where the Business has provided pricing information through MyBix.

The Business determines the price of its services and is responsible for any applicable taxes, discounts, additional charges or adjustments relating to those services.

Depending on the Business and the service, you may be able to book without making a payment at the time of booking, pay a deposit, pay the full amount online or pay the Business directly at or before the appointment.

Where online payment is available, payments may be processed through Savvy Pay and its payment processing provider, Adyen, or another payment service made available through the Business.

Payment processing may be subject to the applicable terms and privacy information of the relevant payment provider.

Where you pay the Business through a payment service made available through MyBix, successful payment of the amount due will normally satisfy your payment obligation to the Business for that transaction, subject to any applicable terms or payment provider requirements.

MyBix does not determine the price of the Business's service and is not responsible for additional charges applied by the Business in accordance with its disclosed terms.

7. Deposits, Cards and Payment Authorisations

A Business may require a deposit, prepayment or payment card details to secure a booking.

Where the Business has a cancellation or no-show policy, you may be required to agree to that policy before completing the booking.

Where you have authorised a payment method for a booking, the Business may be able to request a charge in accordance with the terms and conditions that were presented to you at the time of booking.

MyBix may facilitate the processing of such payments through its payment provider but does not determine the Business's cancellation or no-show charges.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Each Business may set its own cancellation and rescheduling rules. These may include a minimum notice period, cancellation fee, deposit terms or other conditions.

The applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms should be shown to you during the booking process or otherwise provided by the Business.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking through the functionality made available by the Business or by contacting the Business directly.

If you cancel or attempt to reschedule after the Business's permitted notice period, the Business may apply its cancellation terms, which may include retaining a deposit or charging a cancellation fee where this was disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Availability for a new appointment is subject to the Business's availability.

9. No-Shows and Late Arrival

If you fail to attend an appointment, the Business may apply its disclosed no-show policy.

A Business may charge a no-show fee or other amount where this was disclosed to you before booking and is permitted by applicable law.

If you arrive late, the Business may be unable to provide the full service within the remaining appointment time and may reschedule or cancel the appointment in accordance with its terms.

Any charges resulting from late arrival or non-attendance are matters between you and the Business, subject to any applicable consumer rights.

10. Changes or Cancellation by the Business

A Business may need to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment because of availability, staffing, operational issues, emergencies or other circumstances.

Where the Business changes or cancels your booking, the Business is responsible for communicating with you and for any refund or alternative arrangement that may be due under its terms and applicable law.

MyBix may provide technical functionality to assist with notifications, rescheduling or refunds, but does not determine the Business's entitlement or obligations in relation to the underlying service.

11. The Business's Responsibilities

The Business is responsible for ensuring that information it provides through MyBix is accurate, complete and not misleading.

The Business is responsible for ensuring that its services are available as advertised and for providing those services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable law.

The Business is responsible for its own prices, service descriptions, availability, opening hours, cancellation and no-show policies, customer communications, refunds, taxes and any other terms applicable to its services.

The Business is also responsible for responding to customer complaints concerning the underlying service.

12. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

You must use the MyBix Booking Service lawfully and only for legitimate booking purposes.

You must not make bookings fraudulently, impersonate another person, deliberately provide false information or misuse payment details.

You must comply with the Business's applicable terms and conditions.

You should attend appointments at the time and location specified in your booking confirmation and provide any information reasonably required by the Business.

13. Customer Information and Privacy

Information you provide when making a booking may be processed by MyBix and the relevant Business to facilitate and manage the booking.

MyBix may process booking information such as your name, contact details, appointment details, communications and payment-related information as necessary to provide the booking functionality.

The Business may access and use information relating to your booking for purposes including providing the service, managing appointments, communicating with you, processing payments and meeting its legal obligations.

Further information about how MyBix processes personal data is available in the MyBix.app Privacy Notice.

The Business may have its own privacy notice explaining how it processes your information. You should review the Business's privacy information where provided.

14. Communications

The Business and MyBix may send you communications relating to your booking, including booking confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations or other service-related messages.

Where SMS, email or other communications are used, delivery may depend on third-party communications providers and network availability.

MyBix does not guarantee that every booking communication will be delivered successfully. If you do not receive a booking confirmation or other expected communication, you should contact the Business directly.

15. Complaints and Resolving Problems

If your complaint concerns the actual service you received, the Business is normally responsible for resolving the issue. You should contact the Business directly in the first instance.

If your complaint concerns the MyBix booking technology, such as a technical problem preventing you from making or managing a booking, you may contact MyBix at hello@itsallsavvy.com.

MyBix may assist with booking or payment technology issues where reasonably possible, but is not responsible for the quality, safety, availability or performance of the Business's underlying service.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

16. Access to the MyBix Booking Service

We may restrict or suspend access to the MyBix Booking Service where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical maintenance, legal compliance or where a person is misusing the service.

A Business may also restrict or refuse bookings from particular customers in accordance with its own policies and applicable law.

MyBix may not always be able to explain the detailed security or fraud-prevention reasons for a restriction where doing so would compromise security controls or fraud-prevention measures.

17. Availability of the Booking Service

We aim to keep the MyBix Booking Service available and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, telecommunications issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services where possible.

18. Liability

MyBix is responsible for providing the booking technology with reasonable care and skill and for complying with its legal obligations.

MyBix is not responsible for the Business's actual services, including their quality, safety, availability, description, pricing, delivery, cancellation, refund decisions or customer service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, MyBix will not be responsible for losses arising from the Business's acts or omissions, or for indirect or consequential losses, loss of income, revenue, profits, business or anticipated savings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Changes to These Booking Terms

We may update these Booking Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to MyBix, the booking service, payment arrangements, legal or regulatory requirements or the way the service operates.

The version of these Booking Terms & Conditions applicable at the time you make a booking will normally apply to that booking.

Where required, material changes will be communicated through the MyBix Booking Service or other appropriate means.

20. General

If any provision of these Booking Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the MyBix Booking Service and do not replace any separate terms that may apply between you and the Business.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with additional rights or protections.

Where permitted by applicable law, the courts of Ireland will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Booking Terms & Conditions. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live.
